WordCamp Philippines 2008 is the first here and in the SouthEast Asia for WordPress developers and users with the main objective to encourage more people to deploy and use WordPress.

I started using WordPress way back in 2004 or was it 2005? I find the interface easy to use but up until now I still haven’t managed to create a template for Wordpress. Maybe I’m just too lazy to learn or create one. I’ve been meaning to learn more about WordPress, ways to benefit more from it. I guess, WordCamp Philippines 2008 is the answer to this dilemma.

The first WordCamp Philippines will be held at the Augusto-Rosario Gonzalez Theater in the College of St. Benilde (Taft Ave., Manila) on September 6, 2008.

Both WordPress users and non-users are invited to come so if you don’t know any idea what WordPress is register now and for sure you’ll go home with lots of info and might be in love in WordPress. Register immediately. They are now limiting the invites to 350 people.
